1. Enrollment and Classes

Students must respect the timing of their scheduled classes. In case of absence, prior notice must be given to the teacher or academy administration. Repeated unexcused absences may result in the suspension of the student's enrollment.

2. Payments and Fees

Tuition fees are charged monthly in advance. Access to the student portal and live classes is contingent upon timely payment. If a payment is missed, the academy reserves the right to pause classes until the balance is settled.

3. Code of Conduct

We expect all students to exhibit the highest standards of Islamic manners (Adab) towards their teachers and fellow students. Any form of disrespect or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate expulsion without a refund.
